Laser Printing

is a digital transfer process perfect for photos or complex images onto cotton or polycotton garments. There are no set up charges or extra costs for printing full colour images but as the transfers are transparent the process works only on white or very pale coloured fabric. Although it is possible to print onto other light colours such as pale blue, the t-shirt colour will show through the design making yellows a little green, reds a little purple and anything white the same colour as the shirt.
Laser printing is fine for most purposes but the image will tend to fade a little with frequent washing.  Maximum print area is usually just under A4 size

Lead times are between 2 and 5 days although a next or same day service is sometimes available.

Colour Cuts

can be printed onto any colour and many types of a fabric including 100% polyester and so are often used for sports kit and running tops as well as more standard garments.
There are no set up charges making it cost effective for just one shirt and the print is vibrant and durable. As the design is cut from rolls of coloured vinyl it can only reproduce simple logos or text and each extra colour is charged as an extra print. Standard print colours are: white, navy, black, red, cyan, royal blue, green, burgundy, deep pink, purple, silver, gold, flouro pink and flouro green. Holographic glitter is also available at an extra charge.

Laser Darks

similar to laser printing but suitable for dark fabrics too, this is also a full colour digital transfer process. There are no set up charges or extra costs for printing full colour images. As the transfers are opaque a background also needs to be printed and so the most successful designs are those contained in a frame or border.
Lead times are usually around a week.
